  1. 2026-05v1.0

    v1.0 launch. Bespoke deployments live.

    Public launch of Openrift. Our three-step model — Discovery, Deploy, Run — is live and bookable. SOC 2 Type 1 attestation completed. First three deploys closed; two in production, one mid-Deploy week. Singapore is our HQ and we serve SEA SMBs in English and basic Bahasa / Mandarin (deploy-week kickoff sessions only).

    • SOC 2 Type 1 — attestation issued by external auditor.
    • Discovery, Deploy, Run productized. Fixed scopes. Fixed prices in SGD.
    • Slack + WhatsApp Business as primary agent surfaces.
    • Integrations live: Stripe, HubSpot, Xero, Linear, GitHub, Notion, BigCommerce, Google Drive.
  2. 2026-04PROCESS

    Discovery process formalized.

    After three exploratory engagements, we wrote down what works. Discovery is now a one-week, fixed-scope SGD 5,000 sprint. We sit in the client's Slack from day one, shadow the team, map workflows, and exit with a written Deploy quote. If we can't ship, we say so and don't move to Deploy. No surprise pricing post-Discovery.

    • Day 1–2: Workflow shadowing. We read every #ops and #cs channel.
    • Day 3: Tool inventory. Every SaaS, every spreadsheet, every cron job.
    • Day 4: Agent scoping. We draw the boundary on what's safe to automate.
    • Day 5: Deploy quote delivered, fixed-price, signable.
  3. 2026-03FIRST

    First deploy. Singapore B2B services client.

    Our first paid Deploy went live with a Singapore-based professional services firm (anonymous at their request — case study coming). Two agents in Slack handling weekly billing reconciliation across Stripe and Xero, and a third in WhatsApp triaging client questions to the right partner. Saved a reported 14 hours of weekly senior-staff time inside the first month.

    • Two agents in Slack. One in WhatsApp Business.
    • Stripe + Xero reconciliation flow, fully autonomous after week three.
    • Approval gates on any action that touches money or external email.
    • Run retainer signed week four.
  4. 2026-02OPEN

    Openrift incorporated in Singapore.

    Openrift Pte. Ltd. registered with ACRA. Founding team set. We started taking exploratory calls and ran two no-fee pilots to pressure-test the model. Lessons from those pilots became our Discovery template. We are deliberately a small team — the work is bespoke and we'd rather decline a fit than scale slop.

    • ACRA registration completed.
    • Founding engineering and ops team in place in Singapore.
    • Two exploratory pilots run, both moved to paid deploys in March.
    • Domain, brand, and infrastructure stood up.
