Send the intro.
Mail referrals@openrift.io with the company name, the person we should talk to, what hurts most in their ops, and any context that helps. Or copy them on the same thread — we don't mind warm intros.
If you know an SEA SMB drowning in repetitive ops, send them our way. When they close a Deploy with us, we send you 10% of their first six months of Run — or SGD 5,000 lump on Deploy close, whichever is larger. Paid clean, paid on time, in SGD.

We follow up within one SGT business day. If they're a fit, we run a paid Discovery week. If Discovery converts to a Deploy contract, your referral is logged and the kickback clock starts.
On Deploy invoice payment, you get SGD 5,000 lump if that's larger than the trailing six-month estimate. Otherwise we pay 10% of Run retainer monthly for six months, in SGD, by bank transfer. Receipts and a payout schedule in writing.
Run retainers sit between SGD 3,000 and SGD 8,000 per month. That's a six-month trail of SGD 1,800–4,800 in total kickback, paid monthly as your referral's invoices clear. Good for referrals that lock in long-running engagements.
Paid within 14 days of Deploy invoice clearing. Cleaner if you want the cash up front rather than the trail. We take whichever is larger — you don't have to choose.
We default to whichever is larger. On Deploy invoice payment we project the six-month trailing payout. If that's under SGD 5,000, you get the lump. If it's over, we run the trail. You'll see the math in writing before money moves.
10 to 200 people. Past 200 the org is usually large enough to have an internal automation team — different fit, different sale. Under 10 and there's not enough repetition to automate.
Headquartered or substantially operating in SEA. Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand. We do remote-first deploys but the team has to overlap with SGT for kickoff.
Already on Slack — even half-adopted — or running ops in WhatsApp groups. If their team lives in email and nothing else, we're a harder fit. The agents have to live somewhere the team already is.
Audibly frustrated with repetitive ops. Billing reconciliation, vendor follow-ups, lead triage, report generation, status updates. Anything where someone senior is doing junior work weekly.
Pre-product startups looking for "an AI strategy." Companies in regulated finance, healthcare, or government that need specific compliance frames we don't hold today. Anyone who wants a SaaS subscription — we're not that, and saying so up front saves everyone time.
Hi Openrift, I'd like to refer: Company: Contact name: Their role: How I know them: What hurts most in their ops: Best way to reach them (and whether I've already looped them in): Anything else you should know: Thanks, [your name]
We reply within one SGT business day. If the referral converts to a paid Discovery week, you'll get a confirmation email with a payout schedule and contact on our side.
No. The terms on this page are the contract. When a referral converts to a paid Discovery we send a short referral confirmation email — that's the paper trail.
Tell us. If we already have an active thread, we'll be honest with you about it and you may not be eligible. If you bring substantive new context that moves the deal forward, we'll honour the referral.
Referrals stay attributed for 12 months from the date of the intro. After that the trail expires. We're a young company — we'd rather over-pay than burn relationships.
Yes, and please do. Each referral is tracked separately. There's no cap.
Payouts are gross. You're responsible for declaring the income in your jurisdiction. We'll send a summary at year-end if it helps your bookkeeping.
