For solo operators

Ship deployed automations under your own name.

Indie consultants and fractional CXOs use Openrift to deliver real automation engagements to portfolio clients without standing up the infrastructure themselves. Use our agents, our audit logs, our compliance. Sell as your service. Same 20% Run margin and early access to new surfaces.

What it isn't — this is not an affiliate program. We're looking for a small roster of partners who genuinely build with our agents on real-world client work. If you just want to send leads our way, the Referral Program is the right page.

On every Run retainer.

Run retainers between SGD 3,000 and SGD 8,000 per month. Your margin is 20% of the gross, paid monthly while the engagement is live. We invoice the client; you receive your cut next-day.

03Co-branding

Our name, your name, or invisible.

Three modes. Co-branded surface in the Slack agent profile. White-label where Openrift is never named publicly. Or invisible — agents present under your client's own house brand. Your call per engagement.

04Direct line

Slack channel with engineering.

Every active partner gets a shared Slack with the engineering and ops side of Openrift. Faster ticket triage. First look at roadmap items. Honest answers about what's possible.

05Discovery support

We sit in your discoveries.

If you want a second pair of eyes on a client discovery, an Openrift engineer joins async or live. No additional fee on your end while you're in good standing as a partner.

06Compliance reach-through

Our SOC 2 covers your deploys.

Our SOC 2 Type 1 attestation and ongoing security posture apply to the deploys you run through Openrift. Clients with procurement diligence requirements get a one-stop story.

    Agency profile

    Existing agency or consultancy serving SEA SMBs. At least three active client engagements you can point to. Doesn't matter if you're a four-person studio or a fifty-person shop — fit beats size.

    Portfolio of work

    Anyone with a track record of deployed automations. Could be Zapier flows that actually run, internal tools you've shipped, or agent-driven workflows you've stood up. We want to see real things in production, not slides.

    Domain expertise

    Vertical depth in something useful — e-commerce ops, B2B services, healthcare admin, professional services, hospitality. Your taste in scoping the right workflow is the moat. We provide the deployment, you bring the read.

    SEA reach

    Active clients in Southeast Asia. Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand. If your book is mostly US/EU we can still talk, but the program is built around partners with SEA distribution.

  • Is this exclusive?

    No. You can keep building with any other tooling you already use. We just ask that engagements running on Openrift infrastructure flow through the program so the margin and SLAs line up.

  • Who owns the client relationship?

    You do. We don't poach. If a partner-introduced client later wants to engage us direct on a separate scope, we'll loop you in before any conversation happens.

  • What if my client wants white-label only?

    That's a supported mode. We'll never appear in the Slack profile, on invoices, or in any client-facing surface. You stay the brand of record. Internal compliance docs still reference Openrift because the underlying infra is ours.

  • Can I run my own Discovery week?

    Yes. You can scope and run Discovery yourself, then bring us in for the Deploy week. Or you can hand discovery off to us. The pricing is the same; the margin is the same.

  • What's the time commitment?

    Zero minimum. Active partners typically run one or two deploys a quarter alongside their existing book. We don't have a quota. If you're not active for a year we'll move you to inactive — easy to re-activate, no penalty.
